I want to lose some 15 pounds. I workout in a gym three times a week. I read that you should do cardio after training - we have a stationary bike at the gym but I hate the thing and since I don`t have much other choice, I go to aerobics. It`s also three times a week, on my non-training days. I`m watching my diet etc. Is that enough? I mean, will my cardio be less effective if I`m doing it this way?

Generally, cardio before lifting is not advised as it's best to lift when fresh for maximum performance. Try switching it up and see. I used to do it before too and now am glad I switched.
To the OP- that sounds like a plan. I love cardio so I would do the bike too but as long as you keep lifting heavy and watch the diet really well, you should be good.Last edited by luv2pump; 11-19-2009 at 09:04 PM.
