Getting Pumped up. Fates_Child03 NO Limits Log
Sorry for the delay in getting this posted up everyone. My schedule has been very frantic for the last 10 days but I'm finally settled into my groove with my new job and gotten my workout Schedule lined out. Here is a look at my starting stats. I will post up starting pics probably friday night.
Height: 6'2
Weight: 210lbs
Age: 21
BF %: 14.2%
I'm working on leaning down to about 11.5-12% BF over the next 3-4 weeks so the duration of this log I will be eating slightly under maintenance calories.
The only supplements I will be using except NO Limits are as follows:
Controlled Labs : Green Magnitude
Fish Oil
Multi
Generic Caffeine Pills for energy / focus.

Chest Pump Time!
Here is a look at my first workout on N.O. Limits
First off I definitely won't be pushing any PR's this week lol I'm still dragging a little bit from working 85 hour weeks 2 weeks in a row but I'm still not going to leave anything on the plate when I workout thats for sure.
Flat Bench DB Press
35's x 12 reps
40's x 10 reps
45's x 8 reps
50's x 6 reps
Incline DB Press
30's x 10 reps
35's x 10 reps
35's x 8 reps
40's x 6 reps
Decline DB Press
30's x 10 reps
40's x 8 reps
50's x 6 reps
Butterfly Machine
90lbs x 12 reps
100lbs x 10 reps
110lbs x 8 reps
Chest Press Machine
110lbs x 12 reps
120lbs x 10 reps
130lbs x 8 reps
I took my first dose of N.O. Limits about 35 mins before I started my workout. by the end of my 3rd set of reps I could feel the pump in my chest. I had never before really experienced much of a chest pump before. After my last set of reps I decided to take a loook at my chest and I could actually see veining in the top of my chest. After one dose of N.O. Limits I'm definiely impressed with the increased pumps. I am definitely looking forward to seeing about the greater nutrient absorption as the log progresses especially while doing some cutting.

Decided I'd be productive early today since its my first day off in like 2 weeks lol. I got up went to the gym and did my cardio and abs this morning so tonight I can focus on punishing some legs sets with a short 10-15 min cardio afterwards to stretch back out the legs hehe.

lol yeah so far Its been pretty intense. I'll have a constant pump after about my 3rd to 4th set but one exercise always seems to really have a super pump. It seems to me whichever exercise that I'm expending the most energy/ effort doing yields the greatest pump.

the next 2 days are my off lifting days. So it will be kick bak and heal up some and get rdy to really push hard again monday. My legs are blown out today lol. I'm at work at the gym right now and I was bending organizing weights and such earlier and everytime I'd squat down I was like oww! Lol. I've been really working on my squat form lately going past parallel for a better burn so its definitely working. I cant wait until next week I should be back to full energy level and ready to get back after pushing the limits some more.

My front Delt is still hurting today anytime my shoulder moves much but I'm going to keep after it nonetheless. My strength is definitely coming back some this week now that I've been able to get some rest and get back into a decent routine.
I took my dosage of NO limits 45 mins preworkout.
doing deadlifts as the last exercise was a bad idea lol. After having pumped alot of sets already then doing deads the pump in my back was insane. It really was almost uncomfortable they were so strong lol. Live and learn I'll definitely start with deadlifts next week.

I'm hoping I've finally pulled my head out of my ass for good lol. I think I finally had enough of eating crap food a few days ago.
I'm ready to buckle down and actually make it to my goals. I want to hit 195lbs @ about 11% BF in the next 3 weeks or so. Then its going to be the real test for me. To see if I can keep my sanity while clean bulking for about 9 months. My goal is to make is to 225-230 @ 13% or less BF.
Wish me luck guys it seems like ever since I've lost the majority of my weight my discipline just isnt as strong but I really want this I'm tired of having just lost alot of weight I want to be in great shape not just decent shape like I am now.
