Oi man, im gonna do my first comp too, are you going on your own or your going reprensenting a gym? I hope we CRUSH out the competition and win a medal! nice lat sprad yo' If you said your legs are too small, maybe your just judging yourself too hard, but if they are really small, you need to **** them up so they go sore and big after haha! so yeah, and there is always improvment to put, we need to always aim higher and bigger!
so go squatt/leg press/calve raises!/and leg curl of course!
ive heard that "deadlifts" also helps with the hamstring, the stiff legged version.. i dont know how to execute that exercice though
