Intensity at the beginning of WO was great! Just started SAN Tight yesterday which may account for this. Note the reduction of intensity near the end. Could be the tight, could be that I went so heavy in the beginning, could be the rearranging of chins and db rears, could be the off cycle of NOZ. I am betting on the higher intensity at the beginning.
Also, Deads were UPPED 5lbs on last set vs last week and 3 more reps accomplished. BODB Rows also UPPED 5lbs each.
