    Deadlifts (10-8-8-8) (135-185-225-250)
    Bent-Over DB Row (8-8-8) (65-65-65)
    DB Rear Raises (10-10-10) (15-15-15)

    DB Hammer (preacher) (8-10-8) (40-35-35)


    Intensity at the beginning of WO was great! Just started SAN Tight yesterday which may account for this. Note the reduction of intensity near the end. Could be the tight, could be that I went so heavy in the beginning, could be the rearranging of chins and db rears, could be the off cycle of NOZ. I am betting on the higher intensity at the beginning.

    Also, Deads were UPPED 5lbs on last set vs last week and 3 more reps accomplished. BODB Rows also UPPED 5lbs each.

    Chest/Tri 2-9-4 apx 930pm

    DB Bench (8-8-6) (80-80-80)
    DB Inc (12-8-8) (60-70-70)
    Dips (10-10-10) (bodyweight)
    CG Bench (10-8-8) (100-100-100)
    Abs (3 sets of 8 rep weighted crunchs)

    Notes:
    Sups: Multi, 1 Tight! in the morning, 1 ephedra mid afternoon which carried over into workout. Arginine 1.5g late afternoon, 2g preworkout.

    First time starting with DB's and I loved it. Felt great the whole way through. Wrist was getting weak in last set (6).
    Way underestimated DB Inc first set.
    Decided not to weight any of the dips due to fatigue from 6 DB sets
    CG was rough, fatigue set in hard in second set.

    Also, previous chest day had BB Bench at 6-6-5 for 195-195-205. DB Inc was previously 6-6-5 for 70-70-70. CG was also upped 5lbs this week. Skull crushers were dropped due to fatigue and felt like I really didnt need them

    Update: DOMS set in around noon today for my chest and tris. Chest is considerably more tender than previous BB workouts. Suprisingly my tris feel like they got hit hard too even with the exclusion of skull crushers. Will most likely keep the 6 BB sets and drop the skulls.

    Leg/Shoulders 2-14-4 apx 645pm

    Squats (8-8-8) (225-225-245)
    SL Deads (8-8-8) (225-225-225)
    Calf Raise (12-12-12) (140-180-180)
    DB military press (10-10-10) (55-55-55)
    DB Side raise (10-10-8) (15-15-20)

    Notes: Final set on squats was upped 20lbs vs last l/s day
    After SL Deads I was beat. Energy killed
    Dropped 5lbs but added 2 reps to each Mil Press due to fatigue
    Upped side raises to 20's on last set. Form was kinda ugly but managed to get 8 ok looking ones.

    Why yes I do, but recently sticking around 6-8 for compound lifts.

    DOMS set in before waking up today. I don't think I can sit down to go to the bathroom if I tried...lovin it!

    Back/Bi 2-18-4

    Deadlifts (10-8-8-8) (135-185-225-275)
    Bent-Over DB Row (8-8-8) (65-65-70)
    CG Chins (10-8-5) (---------------)
    HIIT (15mins bike)

    NOTE: Day cut short do to tender/throbing of the elbow. Just north of the joint on the inside. Can still feel it hours after lifting. Noticed after 2nd set of BODB Row. Wasnt bothersome at the time but notice the fallout on CG Chins. I did go real hard on the last set of Deads. Perhaps too hard too soon, but form was good. Could have stretched my left arm more than it wanted to.

    Deads upped 25lbs on last set
    BODB Row upped 5lbs last set

    PLAN: Going to ice tonight and see how it is tomorrow (off day). Currently no swelling, bruising, discoloration, or tenderness to touch. Moving my arm doesnt hurt it. After tomorrows assessment I will determine whether or not to lift Friday. Will be gone this weekend in Chicago so perhaps the added rest may help. Otherwise next week is still my last planned week of cutting (139lbs today). Spring Break starts March 1 will be gone 1 full week. Bulk starts then. Until bulk I will keep it easy on my arms and put more focus on HIIT fat burning and abs.

    Could have been it. I dont recall stretching my arms all that much before the Rows. Dammit, oh well must have slipped my mind cause I was absolutely BLASTED from the deads. I really dont think this is going to be a big problem. Most likely going to skip Friday's Chest/Tri and just rehab it until Sunday or Monday.

    Update: Took 2 weeks off from lifting due to elbow and a needed vacation. Will most likely hit the gym tomorrow sometime.

    Also, bulk cycle begins yet again. Goal 160lbs.

    Above post was BS - I actually decided to take a month off due to exams and my injury.

    Chest/Tri 3-15-4 apx 6pm

    DB Bench (10-10-10) (65-65-65)
    DB Inc (12-10-10) (55-55-55)
    Dips (10-10-10) (bodyweight)
    INC CG Bench (10-8-8) (75-80-80)
    DB Skulls (10-10-8) (15-15-15)

    Notes: Went light today due to time off and previous injury. Back on NOZ and took one Tight before lifting. I was beat all day until after my lift. Feels good to be back.

    Also, I don't 'look' like I lost much mass and weighed in at 138lbs. Bulking has just started
