Apologies for another newbie question. I have taken a look through the stickies but nothing immediatey leaps out at me. I am in need of losing fat in order to pass an Army medical but I would like to keep what is left of the muscle I earned in the gym some time ago. Can anyone advise as to what the current thinking is about cutting while retaining muscle mass?
