Yo,
Much thanks to HalleluYAH and Scivation and USP Labs for giving me the opportunity to log this sick stack. I'm really anticipating this!!
About me:
Age: 18
Height: 6'1"
Starting Weight: 185.6 lbs. (weighed pre-workout, after lunch and the pre-w/o shake)
Body type: Mesomorph
Est. BF% : 11%
Current Split:
Mon.: Chest/Tri's:
Tues.: Back/Bi's
Wed.: off
Thurs.: Delts/Traps
Fri.: Legs
I have cardio 2 or 3 times a week. And with basketball season now over, we have pickup 3 days a week...so i will probably rely mostly on this for cardio. I do abs usually 2 days a week on leg day and some other day i choose.
Current Supplements

Current Nutrition:
Breakfast: ~3-4 eggs scrambed with whole wheat or 12grain bread, Low Fat Granola cereal, 4 egg whites, a banana
Lunch: salad, Turkey sandwich with whole wheat bread, watered down honey mustard(i like it tho, lol), a slice of american cheese, and lettuce, and 4 egg whites
Dinner: salad, 2 chicken breasts with alil BBQ sauce, bowl of rice, veggies of the day(brocoli, asparagus, or carrots), 4 egg whites
I usually have a protein bar at around 8pm daily.
Protein shakes where necessary.
This diet wont change at all.
Current Daily Water Intake:1.5 gallon+
Dosing:
VasoXplode: 1 serving will be taken 30-45 minutes prior to workouts on workout days only. No additional creatine will be taken on days off.
Anabolic Pump:1 cap will be taken 15 minutes prior to each of 3 main meals one being the pre-workout meal approximately 1.5-2 hours pre-w/o.
Looking for: Increased lean mass, recovery, energy, pumps, strength, muscle volume, and ultimately growth!
Measurements:
Bicep: 14 10/16"
abdomen(at level of navel): 32 15/16"
chest: 40 3/16"
thigh: 23 7/16"
calf: 16 7/16"

For some reason i thought this was going to be cherry flavored maybe due to the red on the label. So i was pleasantly surprised with the refreshing lemonade...and it was very refreshing LOVE the lemonade! Great taste...but like anything it can get better so a 9.

Thoughts:
Incredible. I felt the back pump after just the first set of BB Rows. It only got better... With the biceps i started to feel the incredible pump from the Alt. DB Curls...I never really get insane pumps from BB Curls...I noticed more veins than usual in my right forearm. I was looking real vascular and felt real solid.
Energy was very good as well throughout the whole workout. Nothing like i get a spike of energy then i'm dead tired. It was steady stream of energy.
I dont usually do the DB Hammer Curls, but i was still energized and i was bored waiting for my freinds to finish so i just did 3 sets.
Starting Weight: 185.6 lbs. (taken pre-workout after lunch and the pre-w/o shake)
Dosing:
1.5 hours pre-w/o:
1 cap anabolic pump taken
1.25 hours pre-w/o:
pre-w/o shake: ~50g oats, ~30g protein, 4 caps fish oil
30 mins. pre-w/o:
2 scoops VasoXplode in ~16 oz. ice cold water
Now going to eat dinner took 1 cap 15 minutes prior.
Will take 1 cap 15 minutes prior to a MRP bar around 8pm tonight

should i add oats to my pre-bed shake? how much? Right now i only add milk, ~25g protein, and natural pb.

Thoughts:
I felt great today! Definitely had great energy and it was apparent right from the getgo. Last week i just started doing 50's for DB Military Press...Now i got 5 reps with 60's. So im making good progress here. Also the shrugs feel like they are getting easier...I jsut started doing BB Shrugs not too long ago.
The Delt Pump was very good also. Rest times were really short. I felt recovery was good. And again i was really energized.
Dosing:
1 cap anabolic pump 15 minutes prior to breakfast
2.5 hours pre-w/o:
1 cap anabolic pump; 15 minutes later lunch
30 minutes pre-w/o:
1 serving of VasoXplode in 16oz. of water. (Felt some tingle today as opposed to none yesterday, and my face flushed on the right side alittle)
1 cap anabolic pump 15 minutes prior to dinner later

Thoughts:
Good workout in the beginning...In the end right after starting abs i felt terrible i felt like i was going to throw up any second...i couldnt finish the last workout of calves it got so bad.
Throughout the whole workout i was sweating like an animal. I felt great on the ATG Squats...got some really good pumps and by the time i got to the leg extensions they were beat. 100 lbs. on there felt like a ton. Good energy up until abs when i felt like throwing up...its not really loss of energy though, just the feeling that i would throw up any minute...
I felt stronger on the squats than last week and I got more and better quality reps in on each set.
Like i noted above i also started feeling cramps in my hammys on the leg curls. Maybe its dehydration...but i was drinking alot of water all day...IDK
dosing:
15 minutes prior to breakfast: 1 cap AP
2 hours pre-w/o: 1 cap AP, 5 minutes later MRP Bar (i forgot to take the pill during class)
45 mins. pre-w/o: 1 serving VasoXplode
Dinner soon: 1 cap AP 15 minutes prior

Good workout! I had good energy and great pumps...afterword my chest was looking huge as well as my tri's. Rest times were pretty short 15-20 seconds for the most part. Felt somewhat weak on the DB Bench Press but i'm still happy with the numbers. the 70x10 for the DB press is either a PR or a tie with PR i cant remember and bb.com won't let me use search atm...

Thoughts:
solid workout! Had great pumps all around. My back workouts felt especially good today. I was literally sleep walking all day and through class but soon as i got in the gym i was energized focused and ready. Im really liking the clean energy on VasoXplode. Sick pumps in my arms. Im still feeling it.

here's what a typical day's diet and dosing looks like modelled after today's times:
9:20am: 1 cap AP
9:35am: plate of eggs: maybe 4 or 5, slice of whole wheat bread with some jelly, bowl of low fat granola cereral with skim milk, 4 egg whites, 1 banana
12:05pm: 1 cap AP
12:20pm: pre-w/o shake: ~50g oats, ~40g protein, skim milk, 5g fish oil(2 softgels)
1:45pm: 1 serving VasoXplode
2:20pm: Begin Lift
3:30pm: end lift; pwo shake: ~20g oats, ~25g protein, skim milk
4:00pm: 1 cap AP
4:15pm: 2 medium sized chicken breasts with a lil' BBQ sauce, about quarter cup carrots, a bowl of white rice, 4 egg whites
6:45pm: turkey sandwhich on whole wheat bread, 1 fairly large salad, 4 egg whites
8/8:30pm: 25-35g protein snack; either it be beef jerky, protein bar, protein muffin, almonds or any combination of them.
12:00pm: bedtime shake: skim milk, ~25g protein, natural PB, ~2g cissus
sometimes i dont have that pre-w/o shake, instead ill just have my turkey sandwhich meal there...

Thoughts:
Another solid workout. Got a PR on the seated BB presses...strength is definitely steadily increasing right now. Good pumps and good energy. I even got a slight biceps pump on the upright rows.
*funny story: after i finished the 2nd set of lying rear lat raises...This kid decides to set up a bar for skullcrushers on the bench i was using; i just looked at him. He showed no idea that i was using the bench even though 5 seconds earlier he saw me using it and my weights were still next to it. After he finishes his set, i sarcastically ask him "can i jump in bro?" and he cluelessly replied yea sure, no problem...IDK i thought iwas funny

Thoughts:
Welp, I'm extremely beat and exhausted right now. My legs are demolished esp. my hammys.
This is week 3 since i started squatting, and i set a goal of 225 for today. Im siked that i got it up for 6 although not a atg squat except for the last rep which was atg.
First time doing deads. To be honest, i got a pump more in my lower back than anywhere else. Although im certain i was using good form. Still felt it really in the hammys. Maybe i was using my back to much....
Not really any huge pumps in my legs until after the leg ext and curls. Energy was good but like i said i was exhausted by the time i got to abs.
dosing:
1 cap AP @9:30am, 15 minutes prior to breakfast.
1 cap AP @ 4:45, 15 minutes prior to din din.
1 cap AP @ 8, 15 minutes prior to protein bar.
30 mins pre-w/o: 1 serving VasoXplode
I forgot to take a cap AP to class to take in bet classes with my protein bar so tats why i dont have a noon dose.

I love the feeling of not being able to walk after leg day

Thoughts:
Woo...Crazy workout! When i woke up this morning, i didnt feel like i would have a good lift...i was feeling really tired. But soon as i hit the vasoxplode i was ready!
Good chest pumps. Incredible tricep pumps...After the Overhead Tri. Ext. I had a temporary painful pump which was an incredible feeling.
Great energy and rest times were really short; i'd say the average was 15 seconds. I got a few PR's on the DB pullovers and tri ext.
After this log, i'm gonna switch up this workout (well im gonna change alot up) but im thinking of focusing on either DB INCLINE BENCH or BB BENCH PRESS...what are your comments/opinions on this??
dosing: 1 cap AP @ 9am; 1cap AP @ 1:40pm; 1 cap AP @ 5pm, all 15 minutes before a meal.

Quick comment/observation on the mixability of vasoxplode: MIXABILITY 11/10
This was the first time i'd pre-mixed my vasoxplode about 1.5 hrs pre-w/o
I pulled out the bottle in the middle of class and was VERY surprised to see that it did NOT settle on the bottom...I was expecting to have to shake it up even a little. but i didnt even have to swirl it or anything. So i thought that was reallly good

Hell of a work out! Good energy and Good pumps...Got a couple PR's. Again recovery/rest times were great probably in part to energy. I was in and out in 45 minutes
Dosing:
3 caps AP spread out evenly at 8:15AM, 11:45 AM, and 5PM; 15 minutes b4 food.
1 serving vasoxplode at 9:30am, 15 minutes pre-w/o

Thoughts:
Solid lift! I got a pretty good pump in the delts. Good energy and recovery. I feel that my Delts are really coming along nicely.
DOMS in my back started hitting me this afternoon right before lifting. Nothing too bad buti got it.
