The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins

right, so its been a month....
home every friday , saturday no matter what ....
i have had a long trip .... being in the "Army police" basic training, which sucked ... i got out ... had a 2 week period where i was home everyday, got to eat and train ok ....
now i am far from home for 3 weeks, where i am doing basic training, there is a gym on the base, where i am not allowed to train, but im getting someone to fix me a way to get in .... if i can train there for the next 3 weeks, it will be great, food is terrible, i disappear every now and there to buy food !
my body weight is the same, i have lost a tiny bit of size, but its ok, i still am strong .... and still big, my future is unknown, and coming home once a week for 2 days , for the next 3 years is not an option, so im gonna have to fight for what i want.
keep ya'all updated, im no fighter in the army, if thats what you think ..
there are "FIGHTERS" and "JOBNIKIM" i want to be the jobnik, do something pathetic and come home everyday

ReSpAwN DeMoN,

Great, it seems like you are serving your country while in BB nirvana, that is you choose your food, and as it seems you are now more than in your own there, keep up the good news rolling.

hello to all ...
yes its me, im still alive
going on 10 months in the army already, 2 years. 2 months left
hows the lifting ?
well im still rougly the same ....i maintain on about 178-180 ... lifting has taken a downfall during this year , i accidently stabbed myself in my hand, which put me out of action for a while, and lately my wrists are in bad pain ... so i have almost stopped doing any bicep or tricep exercise with a bar .
IM benching rougly 235-250 x 6 now, wich is an improvemnt on my last numbers, but my wrists are not letting me progress .
I'll add a pic to rougly show what im looking like at the moment .
