i want to try grinding up my uni-liver tabs into a powder and mix it in with my protein shake. what is the easiest way to do so? i want to try to get it into a pretty fine powder, i was thinking coffee grinder, but those tabs may be to big

i have no trouble swallowing them, i just want them to be absorbed quicker and make it easier for my body to digest them. im not afraid of the taste, bottoms up!!!!!! and chug!!!!

Get yourself a mortar and pestle if you want to grind them up.

I don't know about Cosco, but you can probably get it a cookware store.
