This is the CZW champ Justice Pain, I hang out with this guy at CZW shows and have worked out with him before. He's a pretty strong guy and he asked me what he should work on and i replied with "your the champ, just work on keeping that title around your waste." Just click the links below. I know this is kinda stupid but just critique him, you guys are probably bettr at tat than me cause im bad at judging in a sense.

Ill be sure to tell him that the next time i meet up with him but he does work out with alot of weight though. He benches 345 for 8 in 3 sets and no im not lying. I've seen him max out with a ****load, can't remember what but it was alot man. He does a pretty good amount in squat 500 i think, but he did it alot. He does like 500 on trap bar, it's pretty scary cause he sounds like a roaring tiger when he lifts.

The thing is though most promoters don't care how ripped the guy is. They just want the ones that can get the money. It's with all wrestlers like on WWF. Do you think the average non-body building fan looks at the legs? Hell no! I didn't before I lifted the thing you want to see as a fan is big arms and a big chest. But once I started lifting I looked for other muscles that they have.
"Power come from God."
"Do or do not there is no try"
"I'm not very smart but I can lift heavy things."
Current Height: 6'3''
Current Weight: 212lbs.
