    Quite a few coaches say that if you can front squat a weight for a triple, you can clean and jerk it.

    Clean = 1 squat
    Clean Recovery = 2nd Squat
    Jerk = 3rd squat

    So you should easily be cleaning 150+

    Heh I am still working on my form for cleam, better form = more weight unlike other exercises were bad form = more weight.

    With 60kg I really don't clean it, I just upright row that for like 10 reps so I just stand up and twist my wrists and the bb pops up.
