Quite a few coaches say that if you can front squat a weight for a triple, you can clean and jerk it.
Clean = 1 squat
Clean Recovery = 2nd Squat
Jerk = 3rd squat
So you should easily be cleaning 150+

hmmm well i just suck... more i thionk about it... the more i think its my elbos are too high too late...
i got fat for 6 weeks... bf about 12-13% right now...

just shake with a few carbs...

think over did it on wenesday so took yesterday without moving at all... feeling better today...

Heh I am still working on my form for cleam, better form = more weight unlike other exercises were bad form = more weight.
