I went on the scaler last week and it said i was 158lb
Im losing weight but i feel like im in better shape.
My goal is to actually be around 170lb 7% body fat or so. That would be awesome. I dont know my current bodyfat but anyways.
Those pics also lack quality from my previous post(it was too long ago for me to find it ). Why? Because they are taken using a cam.
im 18years old, 5'10 abouts
right arm around 15.25 left around 14.5
chest 42-43 methinks.
here it goes.
first up is right arm.

Overall, your looking pretty good man. You have an excellent peak on your biceps, your abs look good, and your chest is shaped quite well.
Your traps need a little work, and you could use a little more width in the shoulders.
It sounds like you are having trouble gaining weight though, are you keeping a food log. If you are, how many calories, carbs, protein, and grams of fat are you taking in. If you don't know, then you should find out, more then likely your not getting enough nutritions if your losing weight.Age 24

I would replace the bagels with just a big bowl of generic oatmeal. You can put a little low fat milk and some honey on it for flavor. I would get a big bag of brown rice and incorporate that if possible. It's cheap and a superior source of carb. I'd switch the chocolate bar to semi-sweet or a dark chocolate. It has less sugar.
Everybody needs a cheat after all.
I think you need to increase your intake, both in amounts and frequency of carb and protein and clean up the quality of your diet.
I recommend you read Layne's feature article and about how the body utilizes nutrients. It's excellent, based on very sound exercise/nutritional science and his diets are great examples.

Yay, thanks alot for the nutrients tips shy_sean :-]
i will read the article after my classes today, i still got a 2hr lecture lol. Oh btw its 50dollars canadian, since i live in canada hehe. I will try and incorporate some of those ideas in my meals.
And for my lats, i fijnd it real hard to get a pic of my lats using a cam, i pretty much need someone to take a pic of my lats for me.
As for excercises, i do wide grip chinups for my lats, and seated cable pulls, or rows or whatever their calld.3 sets of 8x225lb bench :-]

I should get it patented or something so I can get royalties.
It's amazing how big it makes your shoulders and arms look, eh? I also noticed we fold our arms differently. Weird eh? I never understood why we all fold them differently. Apparently it has nothing to do with what hand you write with, either.
For example, here's a picture of Fletch, Str8flexed and I all with our arms folded. Notice how Layne's is folded opposite of how Ted and mine are folded. Weird.

Anywho, great progress, Fulger! Keep up the good work.

I can see it now, a new trend. Everyone stops imitating Arnold's classic poses and starts imitating me.
Sweeeeet!
The pose looks good on ya. So I'd definitely keep it in the repetoire.
