- Cordygen5 & Yellow nEuphoria with thanks to CONTROLLED LABS
right so i have been sent a sample of yellow euphoria by the nice boys and girls at CL im gonna log 30 workouts on here, what differntiates these workouts is that they are endurance based cardio workout, ir ace road bikes. this should help to work out if this stimulant causes a crash after a peak.
DAY 1
just got back off a stage race, its fair to say my legs feel crap and all i want to do is sleep! I took 1 cap of yellow today pre workout ( i love the packaging it is a cool yellow colour and has a smiley face!) I only did an hour recovery ride just to turn the legs i didn't feel as crap as expected and although iwasnt hyped up or agressive i did feel "nice" an it helped me get out ont he bike without it seeming too much of a task. Tomorrow i will step up the dose

DAY2
so today was a 60 mile training bash i took 2 caps about 2 hours after breakfast just before the ride im feeling dopey at the mo due to a hard patch of trainign but this stuff does seem to be making me feel a little happier on rides. There is no peak and trough from this product if eel good throughout my rides and this one lasted for 4 hours. I dont feel battered afterwards either. There is none of the agression and anger which can come with some stimulant products, this is useful as i dont want to be a psycho out there on the road and i don't want to crash afterwards especially on split days. I will try 3 pills tomorrow.

wow thanks!
day 4
today was a recovery day again as the last couple have been pretty hard i took 1 cap of cordygen 5 to assess tolerance and rode the 2o miles ot the local shop got my bike sorted and chatted with the dude who keeps my baby running!
I was feeling great riding in the sunshine and spinning along nicely this stuff really has got me feeling happy without feeling agry or violent. I can't wait to see how it helps in racing.
DAY5
not going to lie i felt like ****e today i managed a 3 hour ride and felt crap for most of it. But towards teh end ic ame really good i seem to be going better for the same hr, before i started the stack i did a 5 mile time trial i would like to see what affect the stack has on my 5 mile tt, thia is a performance just on the top end of aerobic work with an anaerobic element, it hurts like hell and i'd love itf this stuff makes me fatser. Tomorrow is a big training day so more reoorts then from my 4 hour plus ride.

Can't wait to see how the 4 hour ride is. Take all 3 caps of C5 prior to the ride. I usually does it about 45 minutes pre endurance activity.

right im back and my connection works again!
the 4hour ride was blood weat and gears i was ripping it up on the forn tfor most of it i find the stack is really helping me go well at about 80% mhr without getting any lactic build up i can go that little bit harder without my hr gradually drifting upwards i.e. maintain 24 mph over the ride without a significant cardiac drift. The stack also really helps me get keen for trainign it could contribute to overtraining because you dont get down and want to do more!
the next day was another 4 hour ride it was with a group and tbh they were going a bit slow i havent been out with them for a while but the stack makes me feel more chippy so i did lots of sprinting for town signs!

why thank you!
any way monday was a recovery ride just a nice easy spin but it was easier to do this whereas before i would feel like i couldnt even look at a bike after a 230+ mile weekend i was ok yesterday, had to rein it in a bit for the recovery ride at less than 130bpm.
TUESDAY hill reps nasty horrible hills, i didn't feel great today tbh i havent been eating enough your looking at 2 x 5,000 kcal days over the weekend and my legs were blowing a bit today. That being said i got in some good 8 sec sprint tintervals. Another benefit of the stack is that it helps me to stop drinking my coffee int he morning, as i don't need the caffine to get perky i can abstain and then get an awesome caffine hit when i use caffinated gels in races.

right so the last couple of days have hurt like hell, i'm not going well and in eed a rest my head hurts and im sick! this happens when you do too much my bod stops digesting the food and shuts down. today was fine at threshold dragging the group along and dropping people but i couldnt get my anaerobic kick going however the yellow did help me feel a bit better for my pm session (i did add some painkillers to the stack tho!)

thursday was a little better i rode 30 miles on feel kicked up a few sprints and it wasnt as abd as yesterday was still felt a little headacxhey and very hungry tomorrow is a rest day. Friday rest day, but the yellow helped me nicely in a 3hour 45 min super exam today. im doing a spin tomorrow then ripping upa race on sunday hope i feel good by then. I'll be adding a sf red bull in on top of the stack for sunday (or maybe that ragnarok but im not sure how my bod will like it so i'll prob stick to the tried and trusted redbull!) so the combo of the 3 should have me rocking.

I think it would be wise not to use the ROK on actual race day if you havent used it before. Hope you are 100% by the race and good luck!

so my legs were remarkably recovere dbyt he race i really thought i wouldn't have legs but they felt ok, not 100% but as we say i "had legs" (as opposed to "not having legs") the race went ok i was comfy at all time sbut sadly some bastard's tyre exploded in front of me on a big climb i was trapped ina nd couldnt get round him so i ended up in a chasing group. I have to say though my legs felt good and i think the stack helped.
the caffine came from a sf red bull and 2x caffined energy gel+ from high five www.high5.co.uk and man i am now crashing and i have the energy drink bowels and everything!
A note to all - don't pop pills ina bike race hq people think you're doping!

Not sure if you got the C5 but I think all 45-60 min pre-ride is best. I honestly don't have any experience with nEuphoria so I'll defer to the CL guys.
