you should shoot for at least 1gram per lb
Dude 1.5-2 grams a day is plenty for gaining, i have a budy who is on an insane diet for mass and is trying to take in a minimum 300 and a maximum 400grams a day.
I weigh about 155 lbs I try to get about 200+ a day.
Just live your life with God inside. You wont regret one moment of it. Give all that you have for God.
