    Headaches around the cranium

    Hey all

A friend of mine has started getting a headache at the back of his head in the cranium during training. It happened a week or so ago during barbell curl HITs which debilertated him - and then this week it happened during chin ups which again brought his session to an end.

He isnt currently carrying a head cold or anything like that and he is making sure he is well hydrated prior to sessions. I just wondered if any of you guys had come across this before and had any suggestions?

    Many thanks as always!

tension headaches, usually brought on by lack of mobility in the neck, the vertebra being to straight lacking its natural curvature and poor upper back posture.

Fix rounded shoulders, winged scapula if needed; face pulls, reverse flies, trap exercises, scap pushups and pullups.

To loosen neck, tilt back and forth, side to side, look left and right as far as you can while holding shoulders back. neck stretches (static holds)
