Im gonna start up another log since the last JW log I did about 5 months ago I never completed.
Basically I felt like going on JW again since last time I went on it I set all new personal records while on it. Last time I was on it I maxed 430 squat / 330 bench / 500 dead. Im looking to break the 330 bench or come close to it, even though Im only maxing 305 on bench currently.
Starting stats at start date:
Age - 19
Height - 6'3
Weight - 220-222lbs
Bench - 305
Dead - 475
Squat - 405 parrallel
Current supplements:
White Flood
Jungle Warfare
Bad Ass Mass
ON whey protein
Weight gainer
I did lose strength since being on it, but that is because I started training focusing more on hypertrophy in order to increase muscle size.
Currently I'm focusing my workout more on stimulating the muscle for growth more than strength, but still going to try to pass my last bench record. Im aiming for about 230ish lbs before I cut for summer.

Alright I've been extremely busy lately and didn't update at all last week.
So I'll start here, week 2 of my JW/BAM log:
Today was chest/tris. I focus more on stimulating the muscle now more than I do aiming for strength so I usually stick at the usual weight on some exercises or hop back and forth for better tension.
Dumbell benchpress

110lbsx10 - the 110lb DBs felt extremely light today but after the set my arms were shot so I dropped the weight.

Decline fly&press - I do decline flys than use the same weight right after and do decline presses to burn the muscle out.

However, where I thought my chest was totally shot, i was proven wrong. I ended up putting up 275lbs easy on the barbell bench than put up 295lbs shortly after. (my buddy made me max out since i gave him **** and made him max out)
I'm pretty surprised that I ended up still flat benching 295lbs after all my chest workout so I can definitely tell JW is kicking in.
My triceps I kept it simple.

I took these unpumped, and its been a few hours since I hit the gym so Im pretty ****in bloated on liquids. Usually my abs are alot more defined, but the lower obliques are extremly bloated in these pics. anyway, these are recent from now.
comments on what to focus on muscle wise would be appreciated
I weighed myself the moment I took these pics, I weight about 225 lbs in them. Usually I'm 220 in the morning (i gotta piss out 5lbs of water over night )
I did shoulders yesterday and I'm doing legs later tonight so i'll post that one later.

the 90lb DBs on the military press felt alot lighter than the previous week I did them.
Leg workout was nice and intense. Im to lazy to list all I did just because I squated a lil and murdered my legs on leg press (10+sets)
I tried NO32 today instead of white flood since the guy from GNC gave me a packet of it. Jesus christ this **** had me going crazy. Made you concentrate like no other and at one point I was shaking cause of the pump. mmmyea that ****s crazy.

Ill post todays workout later on when I get more time, but I have a question if any one knows this.
I started to take VPX's redline for energy since I got a free bottle of it from a buddy. Will the redline since its a 'fat incinerator' or more along the lines of hydroxycut eat away muscle also? Any one know how this product will effect muscle gains?

Man **** I havnt had any real time to update this thread. To sum it up, dumbell bench press is going up a good amount in strength, shoulder strength is getting alot higher and back strength is crazy D:
I weighed myself after my workout with just shorts & shoes on and weighed in at 228.8lbs. Im going to guess after I piss all that water out ill be around 224ish.
I started JW about the same time you did and am noticing good results thus far. I am also using NO-explode and SP250, alternating days of course to see which I like better ( I think SP250 is winning ) and I just started Green Mag last wed and have only been to the gym once since (I am in the army reserve and was away for a class the past four days) so I am excited to see where that combination takes me.
Also, Fish Oil, Animal-Pak, and ThermaJoint (history of arthritis on both sides of family)
If the ARMY didn't make me so miserable sometimes- I don't think I would like it as much.

Yeah thats why I like JW, I can always notice results fast when Im on it. Im about 224-225lbs depleted now with strength constantly gaining. I started to use VPX redline for the energy boost and it seems to be working some what in terms of fat reduction. I notice my lower two abs sticking out alot more. I seem to be at a lil lower bodyfat than when I started this stack, but Im a good 3lbs heavier.
