Im gonna start up another log since the last JW log I did about 5 months ago I never completed.
Basically I felt like going on JW again since last time I went on it I set all new personal records while on it. Last time I was on it I maxed 430 squat / 330 bench / 500 dead. Im looking to break the 330 bench or come close to it, even though Im only maxing 305 on bench currently.
Starting stats at start date:
Age - 19
Height - 6'3
Weight - 220-222lbs
Bench - 305
Dead - 475
Squat - 405 parrallel
Bad Ass Mass
ON whey protein
I did lose strength since being on it, but that is because I started training focusing more on hypertrophy in order to increase muscle size.
Currently I'm focusing my workout more on stimulating the muscle for growth more than strength, but still going to try to pass my last bench record. Im aiming for about 230ish lbs before I cut for summer.
