Hey Guinness, Thanks for your post. It's me getting motivated to start working out with this program once I'm over this fricking knee injury. It's not from weight training if any other newbies are reading this. I don't wanna scare anybody away from lifting, or give them excuses. Guinness is showing that it can be done! Way to go, and keep it up!
