    Question Lumberjack Squats

    Hey Everybody,

    Has anyone tried lumberjack squats? I just read an article on T-Nation, and it seems they might be a good substitute for front squats every once in a while.

    I really like lumberjack squats. It seems to be a little easier on my knees and adds a little different variety to my program every once and a while when I need a break from my normal squatting routine.
