From what i have learned, Carbohydrates are VERY important when it comes to building muscle, correct.?
So what protein supplements contain TONS of Carbs??

usually, regular protein powders don't have a lot of carbs at all...
if you want a protein supp with carbs, try a gainer like nlarge2

yes, getting carbs is pretty simple, but getting the proper ratios of carbs-protein-fat takes a little more work. Using carb supps, while unnecessary, can be advantageous in that one can more easily keep track of the exact amount of carbs ingested.
For people who really need to get the right amount of macronutrients, like me for example, its okay to complicate the carbohydrate factor a little.

To build muscle you need carbohydrates as well as protein. But, when dieting, many bodybuilders cut out their carbs to lose fat. That way the body uses fat for fuel. However, if you do this long term you will lose muscle. So you need to have carb up days, every 4 or 5 days.
