Every time I have my ab sessions I don't feel no pain like in 'em,just durin' exer. but after I wake up on the next day my abs are hurtin' like hell,like if I trained my legs and didn't stretch 'em,that's how it's like with my abs?So I guess I'll start to stretch 'em.
Most bodybuilders don;t stretch their abs for the fear that it will cause the skin to stretch and make the skin loose. I don't know how real that is, but I've heard it. Interpret it as you will.

i stretch them after work out and during to pump more blolod in to the muscle which makes it grow. To
