There are no magic exercises or magic diets, he is just pushing a low volume training routine and some diet tips he picked up, by the look of it food combining (which is debatable) there is nothing there you can't pick up elsewhere for free.
If there was a simple way for everyone to gain quickly we'd all have found out about it years ago...
