hey i am trying to find out, how much of fat is alowed, saturated/unsaturated and so on, does anybody know the exact information, that can be figured out for a specific body weight?

20% is a good rule to follow like the previous poster said. stay away from most saturated fats.
Almonds and natural peanut butter are my fat sources. with a few grams here and there in other foods like chicken breast.June 1 - Sept 1 Cut

healthy fats, hemp, flax, olive.. 20-30% of your diet, it makes a noticable difference. consuming healthy fats as opposed to animal fats is a very different thing.
