first work out how much u weigh and ur caloric intake
from there, take either 20% of that caloric intake, or 30% and devote it to fat, depending on ur diet type
    stay away from saturated

20% is a good rule to follow like the previous poster said. stay away from most saturated fats.

Almonds and natural peanut butter are my fat sources. with a few grams here and there in other foods like chicken breast.

    Hey,

what type of diest are you trying to follow? Healty fats come in lots of things, my fav. are nuts. If you have the time check out fitday.com and fill out each days food, you will eventually catch on with fats ect... i like to eat 20% of days food in fat.

healthy fats, hemp, flax, olive.. 20-30% of your diet, it makes a noticable difference. consuming healthy fats as opposed to animal fats is a very different thing.
