hey
try using conditional for hair
as shaving cream b4 shaving
its works as it softern the tiny bits that are coming out
making it less violent for shaving

must be ingrown hairs causing bumps and he's shaving over em - tell em to avoid going against the graint - i go upstrokes on my neck - keep the same angle and invest in some anti-ingrown spray - by nads or sumthin- it works wonders on my neck.
