first, I'm not sure which category this belongs in, so I just opted to put it here.
I'm sure I read somewhere in a magazine or where ever that in a good routine, you should get 8 hours a sleep a day, to rest your body fully and what not.
But recently, a study came out and said for the people who sleep 8 or more hours a day are actually taking years off of their lives...in this study, it said that the human body can cope perfectly fine and live a long healthy, productive life with 4-6 hours a day of sleep.
Which kinda makes sense being I only get 4-6 hours a day depending on the day of the week.
Whats your take on this.
