It's one of my good faith sups.....I have never actually noticed any effects of taking it, I just rely on the fact that it's SUPPOSE to be good for me.

Honestly if I had to eliminate anything from my stck...it MAY be one of the first to go for that very reason.

fish oil caps have really helped my nagging neck and shoulder problems. i also take it to keep my cholesterol in check while on a cycle. good stuff.

I wish it would have helped me with my neck problem, but I noticed nothing from the fish oil. Hyaluronic acid is working rather well though!

Just had my physical today and my cholesterol was low. I asked my doctor about Omega 3 fish oil, which I began taking this past year, and he said he has read up on it and will probably begin taking them. He said his cholesterol was borderline.

While cholesterol is a health issue more than a bodybuilding issue, to have a doctor speak positively about it cannot be bad. Creatine is another story but he recommended the fish oil.

That is way too much. Taking too much can have negative effects on health, and you are just wasting money taking that much anyway.

Well, DHA has been noted to improve cognitive function...

In any case, I try to eat a nice slab of salmon two to three times a week, but since that isn't always possible, I typically down 1 cap a day of the stuff when I don't get a fatty fish meal in.

I've found that when I increase my daily fish oil capsule intake to 12 caps, I get extremely lethargic in the morning and I feel like I was hit by a train. Why does this happen and is it from the fish oil?

Well seeing how you are ingesting fish oil in a rather irresponsible and excessive fashion.... yes, I would say it's the fish oil.
