    Quickness

    How do u guys get quick. For some reason, I have slow reflexes. Im strong and in shape, but my muslces and reaction time is slow? How can I increase my relfex speed and quickness for basketball and boxing. I'm slow at ducking, and I'm slow at defensive sliding in basketball. Is there a certain type of training that increases quickness, or is it just repeating a movement?

    Basically it's a reapting movement and you got to have muscle meomry. Try plyometric or short sprint with many reps. There are more ways but I can't think of them right now. Someone will be bound to add mo info latz.
