    Taking both CLA and Fish Oil

    I got some CLA caps. I've already been taking fish oil caps for a while, and was wondering how to incorporate the CLA as well. Should I take less fish oil? Same amount and add CLA?

    Since they both have somewhat different mechanisms no need to cycle one or the other. Just stack the two, at least thats what I am doing. 3grams of CLA and 3 grams of Fish Oil twice daily.

    To get the best benefits from CLA, you'll need to consume 10g+ daily...

    Fish oil is a better option, since it is rich in EPA/DHA. I normally consume 10g daily

    I was using CLA for about three months (2 servings a day of VPX's Thinfat. It's just too expensive to stick with the CLA. Fish oil is definitely a better option.

    Well, I have one bottle of 180 caps. Each is one gram...
    I'm gonna go through this one and probably not get another one (I got this for free.. )
    Should I use it when bulking or cutting?

    If money is or becomes an issue then stick with Fish Oil. However if this is not a problem use at least 6 grams each of fish oil and cla each day. If you really want great results then use up to 15grams of each per day and also use Sesathin by Avantlabs along with it. You can go higher if you want. It won't hurt.

    Many of my clients use 3-5 grams each of CLA, Fish Oil and MCT 6times per day. The results are always good.

    Is the CLA more effective when bulking or cutting?

    What do you think the minimum amount for fish oil to be efficient is, btw?
