i have a question i would like you to help me with:
i do hiit cardio on an empty stomach as on the body for life program. i do it 3x a week for 20m.now, my question is, since i am taking the thermorexin caps prior to cardio (2 caps in the morning and 2 caps in mid afternoon or before weight trainning), and i heard it works better with some simple carbs, would i get better results from taking it with some fruit or maltodextrin prior to cardio?or fat loss is greater taking the caps on an empty stomach and do cardio?
i apreciate your help.
