Gatorade bars aren't "protein" bars. They're full of a bunch of carbs. Good for endurance athletes, but of little use to a bodybuilder.

Met-Rx Protein Plus Bavarian Mint is my favorite.

Those have like 10g of protein or less. Please, that's not even a protein bar. The best tasting ones are (I worked at GNC and I have tasted all of them)
Prophase by Genetitec (chocolate chip)
Promax by Sportpharma (cookies and cream)
BioProtein by MLO (cookies and cream)
Designer protein (Chocolate Malted Muscles)
MesoTech Peanut Butter
Pure Protein (smores)

Some of the best tasting that I have tried:

EAS Myoplex Lite Bars (especially Caramel crisp)
Met-RX Food Bars, Choc Chip and Graham Cracker
Bio-X Peanut Butter
Nature's Best Solid Protein Bars
Optimum Complete Diet Protein Bars

There are a lot of others too. It is fun to try different kinds... there are so many good ones out there with all sorts of crazy flavors. Almost all of them taste at least "pretty good" or they don't survive.

some of my favorites are:
solid protein - cherry vanilla
pure protein - smores
metrx protein plus - chocolate chocolate chip
designer - malted muscles

and of course any brand that is peanut butter flavored because i love anything that tastes like peanut butter

Protein-Plus by Powerbar (PeanutButter & Chocolate flavore) is the yummiest and most filling I've tried!

I like Worldwide Nutrition's chocolate peanut butter flavored Pure Protein bar. It tastes like a Reeces Peanut Butter Cup.

Lean body is the best tasting protein bar I ever had. I remember the first time I tried it I was ready to make a face for the after taste and then I was like, wow thats not bad. Meso tech taste like crap for the record...and anything that is cherry vanilla....disgusting!

1. Mesotech Double Chocolate
2. Labrada Lean Body (all brands)

Only problem with these are they are both kind of high in fat, although the Labrada brand has low carbs. They both taste pretty good though.

PROMAX BARS RULE.

The Cookies and cream, Choc Mint, and Blueberry Cheesecake are the best tasting ones.

Also the Muscle Milk bars are pretty damn good too.

Oh, and don't forget the Premier 8 bar in Choc Coconut.

Quest Nutrition Bars. 20g of protein, lots of fiber, and 160 - 210 calories. And they taste fricking awesome.

Cliff Builder bars are pretty darn tasty....i love the peanut butter chocolate chip, and chocolate chip supposedly 20g of protein as well.

Haven't tried a lot of different brands but Quest bar after heating in the microwave for 10-15 seconds are hnnng.

I've seen a lot of good reviews on Labrada Cinnamon Roll.
