Protein Shake and...Apple or Rice Cake after Workout?
I have been reading about the need for simple carbs difrectly after working out.
So, my question would be, which type of carb. would be better- an apple or a rice cake with my protein shake.
Please don't tell me all kind of crazy concoctions with a chicken breast, beans, glucose, oats, and protein shake all blended together. Hah!
I am honestly trying to find an easy and cheap way to fortify my body after breaking it down.
