haha its about time. those things are sh#t. my friend had one and i could rack it for reps (thats not saying much its only like 200 lbs of resistance) that reminds me of a story where my friend alsmot died on one of them...he was benching on it and the back wasn't locked in and it slid fast and he knocked his head on the metal support soooo hard. its kind of sad how people buy into things like this...o well to each his own

HAHAHA what i think is so funny about those things is that on the commercials they hire these cut bodybuilders that you know obviously didn't get those muscles from a bowflex...more like from REAL exercises...and they promote the thing. They sit down on them and make the thing look like they're getting an awesome workout, when in reality they probably do like 3 times the weight on the bowflex.
My friend, who couldn't workout in the gym for a few months a couple of years ago because he had to take care of his grandma, used a bowflex and he said they were crap compared to freeweights, etc.
