    I prefer the Arnold press over the military press. However it is pointless to do several sets of both exercises in the same workout.

    Yeah, the exercises you have are solid, but having more then 4 is a bit of overtraining. What I suggest is having good mass building movements to start then end the workout with a sculpting move like side lats...here's my should workout

    Military press
    Arnold press
    side/front lat raise i switch off

    give that a shot

    Front and rear raises aren't needed. Bench press hits the front, and rows hit the rear.
