id say 14. But you can get a piece of string and a ruler, and try to measure your arm the hard way...

hes leaner, and got different genetics than yours, from your pics your arms look bigger than his. He just has small bones, so the muscle he has on the arm will look like a lot more on his frame than it will on yours. Your arms are probably the same, but your arms look bigger to me.

Dont have a guess on your arm size, but i did take a look at your progress pictures and you have made excellent progress. I especially like your latest back pic even though it does look like you messed with the lighting a bit, still looks great.
Keep up the good work

Im not being mean or anything but i really do think my arms are bigger than his. he even admits to it. I don't know where your getting this small bone thing because my ribs are huge and overall I have big bones.

x2, Threads like this are a waste of space and time. If youre curious about the size of your arms wait til you can measure them, and when people give advice on a way to measure them, thank them. The reason youre being called a tool bag is because these are stupid threads. You will get answers ranging from 11 inches to 16 inches, a bunch of wild guesses will do nothing for you. nice arms though, keep it up.

mine are 18inches not flexed and not after a workout that deals with the arms. I only do arms once a week and usually skip out on em cuz they are on a saturday. I dont measure flexed i dunno how everyone else does it. When they are flexed they are 19inches+

go to a sewing/tailoring store when your at the mall next, they sell soft tape that works well for this purpose and is alot cheaper then buying bodybuilding measuring tape.
