So far I ma trying the t-mag program...meltdown..but then I lost some strength and my jumper was not as smooth..
Is there a way to burn fat during the season or should I go back to 3x A WEEK PROGRAM for maitnenace and then diet /cut during the summer
right now 5'9 165 w/ 14-15% body fat
would like to cut in half the bf% ...
Any tips for a good workout w/ cardio mix, to lose fat ..Or maybe should I just shoot more...Should I even add 1 or 2 cardio sessions, given the 3x weekly practices and the weekly game...appreciate your help
