    do hammer curls, regular curls, grip/forearm, and shoulder work. also obviously squats and deadlifts and other heavy movements

    technique is more important than brute strength. i can tell you that much

    yeah pretty much your whole arm.. but arm wrestling is a good way to break your arm or pull something, has happen before.

    Triceps are invloved alittle, not much. It helps stabalize the arm. Pretty much the whole arm, from wrist to shoulder -joint.
    Everyday you have to test yourself. If not, then it's a wasted day.
