Hey guys, quick questioin..
I got some gatorade to take with my PW, i bring a water bottle with 5g of micronized creatine and aprox 30-40g of gatorade (1 scoop give or take a bit) with is basically pure DX.
I take it as soon as i get off the treadmill (post workout 15-20 mins of hiit).
is this too much dextrose? will it knock me out of keto? i assumed it didnt matter how much dx you had PW because of the workout..
i wouldent have asked but its tuesday and i should be in keto but im not, and i usually get in pretty quick after carbup, so just trying to find out why.
Would it be ok to take a protein shake (dymatize elite) with a tablespoon of flax to slow absorbtion enough to not cause a big insulin spike? im concerned that taking the shake alone or with a meal may knock me out of keto
