according to my coach (2nd at Mr Canada for the past 6 years!!!!!)
The last 3 days of my pre-contest diet, I'm going to eat ONE POTATO PER HOUR!!! and only drink 6 oz of water in the morning!!
That is almost 40 potatos in 3 days!!!! WOOOOHHHHH!
I'm so afraid of getting fat with all that HIGH CARB food!!!
- Do you do that king of load-up before a contest??
- What will my body look like after that??
(I'm starting this after-noon......my first contest is satruday!)
