If anyone has any pointers on what i could do differently to be more sucessful i would appreciate it. I want to gain muscle mass, get defined, and loose fat. As far as diet is concerned I eat as follows
Breakfast
4 hard boiled eggs
bowl of oatmeal or cream of wheat
cottage cheese
sometimes fruit
lunch
tuna
cottage cheese
whatever type of meat is served
vegetables
baked potato
dinner
vegetables
whatever meat is available
tuna
cottage cheese
every meal is accompanied by 2 glasses of water
I take ON whey protein after every workout as well.

Try and get in more meals, about 6 spread out every 3 hours or so or include snacks in between your meals.
Breakfast and dinner look good, take out the baked potato in meal 2.
Make sure you have some high GI carbs with your PO shake, juice will do it, then a solid meal about an hour afterwards with some complex carbs and meat.Aug 1 - Nov 1 Comp:
