    Thumbs up universal storm

    this stuff is amazing hands down. way better than cellmass. my bench has gone up 25 lbs and my squat has gone up 50 lbs and my clean has gone up 20. all of this in a matter of 2 weeks. this stuff blows cellmass out of the water.

    Nice, I always have a bottle of storm myself. I wish I could get those type of gains from it tho, bu then again I think im somewhat in a plateau state. I get good results from it but very few creatines actually give those numbers, anyways how long have you been training before taking storm.

    since freshman year so about a year and a half. i started taking creatine about 4 months ago. n storm 2 weeks ago. storm is the best creatine ive used so far. and ive used **** CR2 and cellmass. compared to storm they seem like placebos

    I will be starting Stoem tomorrow. What doses have you used? I see some take pre, some post and the label says pre and post.

    thanks for all the replies guy.
    felix 7- i only take one serving postworkout and 1 serving on off days. i dont take any preworkout supps but im sure with shocktherapy the gains would be awesome
