i have been training over 10 months and i didn't see any
good results on my chest and shoulders my chest is getting
broader but it is not coming out enough.
can anybody help me and tell me what type of workout
program should i have for chest and shoulders.
take supplements, if you do bench presses, do high weight with low reps. Do about 70-80% of your max. Split your workouts so your muscles have time to recover, do not work out every other day with the same muscle like I used to, you will not get gains. Do not cheat reps. If you want bulk, eat more, take protein and multivitamins. I take creatine, ZMA, and whey protein and it works great. Split your workouts.
