I would like to use a supplement to promote muscle gain and size, not weight loss or for ripping,. Is human growth hormone a good idea? Safe for a teen? I heard it was. If so what brand is the best for the money. And what is the absolute cheapest that worksIt would be cool to get a little taller and that can happen with hGh. Well lets here all the recommended supplements for a teen. and advice on hGh.

Hey man, Get yourself some N-Large2!!!!!
You will pack on pounds. I have seen nothing but great results with it. And everyone will probably flame me for saying this but if you are done growing and have a steady lifting base you could try Animal stak or something similar. But that is a choice that only you can make. I did both of these at the same age and had great gains, 25-30 pounds over 1 summer before football (some was fat but my bench/squat etc went up pretty decent and I got stretch marks on my thighs and armpits/chest, A sign of progress!!)
If I were you I would stick with alot of protein (Nlarge2 is best) and alot of food(not Mcdonalds), Creatine,zma,etc..

There is not real HGH for sale in the U.S. without prescription. The supplements you are talking about are so called HGH releasing hormones, or predecessors of them and I don't believe any of them work.

acdspit00, stop being such a tit, (sorry if your just very ignorant), everyone knows that hgh is a controlled substance. No you don't get it in pill form, its a protein and your stomach would just digest it, you have to inject it. I would advice you to keep patience for 2 more years. At his age your body is not in condition to digest such heavy supplements. Just take natural supplements.

Take the 4 main supplements:
Whey protein
Creatine
Multi Vitamin
Fish oil
you can add:
ZMA
Preworkout energy supplement
Casein night time protein
Eat **** loads, have a high protein diet, drink 4-6 litres of water a day, sleep 8 hours a day. Lift heavy weights. Good luck.Train hard. No pain, no gain!

Food and some food and then some more food on top of that. Try food when you are out of food and then maybe some more food. Work on getting enough food though.
And maybe a multi... That is if you aren't getting enough food.
