As of now I have the crappy Centrum multi vitamins and was wondering if I can take two of these in a day? I just ordered some NOW Adam, and wanted to finish the bottle up. Centrum seems to have a very crappy nutrient profile, and it's definately geared to the "average" person, not really an athlete. Ideas?

yea, you should be able to take 4 of those or more a day and still not get what you need. Check if they have iron though, you don't want a lot of that.

Yes I have heard a lot of Iron is no good, it has 18 mg.
