hey
just finished bulking, and now i want to cut up for the summer, ive been cuttin for 2 weeks now, basically started off dropin my carbs little by little and now that im down to around 40-80g a day, im addin more cardio sessions.
ive been doing cardio 3 times a week for 25mins on the hillclimber.
now would doing 45-60mins low intensity on the tredmill 5-7 times a week being ok?
i plan to do the cardio in the am after my second carb meal (around 9am) and weight training around 2pm.
any advice?
thanks!

you don't want to loose all the hard earned muscle you put on.. that said, 45-60 min. a day over 5 days a week would generally be too much if your diet is not in sound order. Strongly consider HIIT. Don't stray too far below your maint. calories, if you find yourself loosing strength in your lifts, adjust calories slightly.

When it comes to post-bulking cutting, less can be more. Don't think that if you don't do a cardio session everyday you're not going to get there as fast or you're not doing everything in your power to get cut. Rather, take it slow, as you have plenty of time before summer to get ripped. If I were you I would try 3 HIIT sessions a week on your non-lifting days, and maybe a moderate intensity cardio session on a lifting day (seperated by about 8 hours). You'll probably maintain more muscle and not lose fat faster than you should by implementing something like this than if you'd continue with your plan.
