Syntrax Matrix Cookies and Cream
First off thanks to Syntrax for sending me out a few samples and also thanks for getting my girlfriend and I addicted to this protien.
Ok so everyone wants to know how it tastes so thats how I will judge it-
My review- I dont really like Cookies and Cream so I was skeptical but this hit the spot! This protien tastes great in both water or milk. I bought a bag of it the day I got my sample... No joke.
My Girlfriends thoughts- She loved it! She would never drink protien unless it was muscle milk so obviously it is really hard to please her when it comes down to taste of suplements... but she loves this! She actually took my bag and poured half of it in one of my empty protien jugs so she could take some!
Other thoughts- Besides taste I like the profile because I usually only have isolate. Its a nice change and I have been using it for a snack in the morning and my pre bed shake. I love the price of Matrix as well (since I have to buy sups for me and my gf).
Low sugar pudding mixed with low fat milk and Matrix C&C is unreal by the way.
Overall I love this stuff... 10/10

Ummm I had the big package of the pudding and I mixed 3 scoops of Matrix, 16 ounces of milk and 8 ounces of water. I ate it in 2 servings as well!

Post 3... i use the lowest fat milk we have at the house (if its 1% or higher I will put less milk)
