beast man? why do you say that? I don't see any difference doing it on the day yout rain or the next day.. As long sa you do it on an empty stomach there is no difference really.
That's a good split, but through my experimentation (I have tried everything, Triceps with Chest, Biceps with Chest, vise versa , etc) my arms have started to grow MUCH FASTER when I did Biceps/Triceps on the same day.

What I meant was I do not recommend doing cardio right before workout since you drops the intensity of your workout. And doing after your workout is good for burning fat but not that great for building muscles. If doing cardio in the morning and working out later that day doesn't tired you at all, go for it. But if it makes your workout less intense, do your cardio on separate days.

oh alright I understand what you mean ruthless.
If you put it that way it's pretty obvious.
The way it is for me is if I am to do cardio in the morning it is on the weekends(I can't possibly do that before school lol) so I don't even workout on the weekends , and if I am able to do it on weekdays then it is LONG after my workout has finished(it's been about 3 hours and 15 minutes since my post-workout meal).
I never get tired from doing cardio, because the whole point of it is to do UNINTENSE cardio! So you burn fat and dont even touch your muscles, you should NEVER be tired after a cardio session, I know I never am, for me a cardio session is relaxing/refreshing and by no means intense or demanding.
