Considering an 8 week Jungle Warfare cycle
I'm considering an 8 week JW cycle. Curious if I should have any concerns and if there are any support supps recommended? Did a search and it seems everyone has nothing but great things to say about results with minimal, if any, sides. Seems too good to be true??
Lil background on me:
36, 168lbs, 6.5%BF. Been a gym rat for the last 19years. Looking mostly for lean muscle and strength gains. Supps I am currently taking include (Kre-alk, whey, multi, glucosamine, saw palmetto, celery seed, hawthorn berry, green tea extract).
I have never done any PH or AAS cycles. I did one 6 week cycle of Forza T to try a test booster once and didn't get much out of it other than a couple zits.
Consider myself to be living a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise and if there are any known health risks with JW would probably opt out. Mostly interested to help in breaking some strength barriers.
Opinions??

give it a shot. You will be very happy with the results. You may wanna stack it with either BAM or Mass FX in addition.

i ran it solo for 4 weeks my first time with GREAT results. But if your gonna run it solo I would do it for 8 weeks because it really kicks in around week 3.

I'm on a cycle right now of JW + BAM + Restore, it has been absolutely wonderful. I would strongly suggest that you add the BAM + Restore as it made a monumental difference for me.

First off, good luck. You'll really love JW as it definitely lives up to its claims IMO. BUUUUUUT, one thing about JW that I have noticed for myself and in alot of the logs is that you definitely get out what you put into those 8 weeks. I can tell from your pics, stats, experience, etc. that you take pride in being lean, and there is nothing wrong with that. However, I would suggest that you clean bulk like hell on this product, and don't be afraid to add a bit of BF. It will be relatively easy to strip off afterwards, and you'll be happy you did it this way, trust me.

I got some pretty bad acne when i was on it, so if you are prone to acne be careful.

What about tapering up and tapering down the dosage at the start and end of the 8 week cycle? Is this necessary with JW? I've seen some threads that recommend it just to be safe.
Anyone have experience with this and if so what were your dosages over the 8weeks?

I loved Jungle Warfare. I did it for 8 weeks, 4 weeks on it it's on, the last 4 weeks was done with B.A.M. Gained 9lbs of lbm and my strength went through the roof. Unfortunately my left elbow joint couldn't keep up with the weight, so the last 2 weeks, I had to take off to let it recover. Otherwise..a solid product.

any comments on tapering the dosage up at the start and down at the end of the cycle or is everyone just going with the 3 caps daily from start to finish?
