Hydroxcut dehydration

I have just started hydroxycut, just to help trim a percent or two of BF, and have always been a 1 gal water per day drinker, but I feel like I cannot get enough on this hydroxycut. Is this actual thirst from the caffeine, or is there somehting in the product that just makes you feel thirsty? I'm considering getting off of it, as I hate to throw muscle out just to trim a small amount of fat. Comments?

If you are not a regular caffeine user, then the caffeine could impart a diuretic effect. Not sure which formula your have - the old one or the new one, but the old formula has glucomannan which will draw water to itself - leaving you with less to work with (hence the warning on the label of "Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking.").

As long as the active agent is "unknown" some dork is still gonna be poppin' chicken beaks so he can freakin' squat!

Crank up those catecholamines, that's not chicken I smell being cooked.

I typically would drink 24oz of monster per day plus a quad espresso... but never had this effect on me. Thanks for the reply.
