Baseball

Hey, my little brother plays baseball and is really good just naturally....he just started playing last year, and he made the rep team that year. I want him to be the best in his league and really take his game to the next level as I'm sure he would like to do the same too if he knew how.

I was hoping someone could post a routine that would be beneficial to a baseball player, to improve his performance all around. If no one knows a routine if you guys could point me in the right direction that'd be great. Routines that would help with pitching would be extra good. I know that would involve some shoulder/rotator cuff work, but I'd rather here it from people who know more about sports.

If this is a topic that comes up alot, or theirs obvious answers for it....sorry. But if it bothers you that much, just ignore the post.

Anyway, thanks in advance.

all i can say is practice practice practice

work on ground balls and rutine stuff

wht ive heard for work outs are sholder raises and also getting stength in your forarms and hands
