Sure you can, but you prolly dont want to. Whole food is the way to go most of the time.

i will recommand more on whole food becuz food food contain more of hidden vitamin and mineral ..... overall whole food is the best bodybuilding "supplement"

There may be vitamins that have not been discovered yet that you may miss out on.
And a multi vitamin tablets are only there to help, nothing beats whole food.

You could do that but if you did you would never learn how to eat a good healthy diet in whole food. Sups should be just that, supplements to what you already get from your diet.
