Seeing as how you didn't do what was asked and post a pic of your entire body i'm going to hazard a guess that you're just skinny overall. Eat lots and lift heavy on big exercises. Simple as that.

Furthermore, lifting for reps is boring and the product of nothing but vanity, whereas training for strength bears the fruit of utility and generates interest in the activity being conducted.
