Which routine would be better for me(i want to gain mass quickly)
If i train 3 days rapidly and then give rest to my body for 4 days
Or
Training one day and resting the other day?

I can't understand both replies....
Routine is simple...
1st day chest shoulder tricep
2nd day back bicep
3rd day legs
I was trying to ask should i train 3 days continuously or one day training and one day rest...
Personally i think training on Thursday,friday and saturday is better....it will give 4 days in a row to body for building muscles...
What do u think???
Second for some reasons i can't take supliments...but in daily food i m taking two or three eggs and milk etc.....so will it harm in any sense if i don't eat enough but train heavy?KHAN
